Below is a summary of the Winter Postal Matches for the current season. For more detailed information please refer to the CCRS Postal Matches Handbook 2023-24

1. CCRS Small Bore Winter League 

– Open to cadets and CFAV and requires six cards to be fired per competitor by 31 Mar. For each target, competitors will have unlimited sighters following which they
must fire ten scoring shots. The competition is open to CFAV and cadets from any CCF, SCC, VCC, ACF or
RAFAC unit.

2. CCF Cadet 100

– The CCF Cadet 100 Competition comprises of two rounds. For each round, firers will have unlimited sighters,
following which they must fire ten scoring shots at each of two cards with any .22 target rifle.

3. Sea Cadet 100

The Sea Cadet 100 Competition comprises of two rounds. For each round, firers will have unlimited sighters,
following which they must fire ten scoring shots at each of two cards with the L144 A1 (CSBTR)

4. ACF Cadet 100

– The ACF Cadet 100 Competition comprises of two rounds. For each round, firers will have unlimited sighters,
following which they must fire ten scoring shots at each of two cards with any .22 target rifle. A team competition is also run concurrently with round 1.

5. CCF Smallbore Match – The Staniforth Challenge Cup 

– The Staniforth is a single stage match for teams of four on an indoor or outdoor range. Competitors will each shoot two cards, they will have unlimited sighters following which they must
fire ten scoring shots on an NSRA ten spot target with the L144A1 (CSBTR)

After completing an entry, please download a copy of the match specific Nominal Roll forms and return a soft copy to The CCRS Competitions Officer once your team names and members are known and have been entered. Retain hardcopies for the use of Scorers/ SOs/ Witnesses etc.
