Visiting international teams

Royal Canadian Army Cadets’ National Rifle Team (U18)

This is a team of 18 cadets which competes annually in the UK against the British Cadet Rifle Team; it also takes part in the National Rifle Association Imperial Meeting.

CCRS will host the team from 8 Jul-5 Aug.  They will compete in both the Inter-Services’ Cadet Rifle Meeting and the Schools’/CCF Meeting before coming up against the British Cadet Rifle Team in the Rex Goddard stage 1 match.  Canadian cadets will then fire in the National Rifle Association Imperial Meeting.  The UK Escort Officers will be Peter Brock (Devon ACF) and Colin Dawson (Greater Manchester ACF).

RSA Junior Team

This is not a cadet team and the visit is organised in partnership with the National Rifle Association. Teams biennially visit the UK to compete in the National Rifle Association Imperial Meeting; a match is also fired against the GB U19 team.

Republic of South Africa (RSA) Junior Team

The RSA Junior Team visits the UK biennially and last competed in 2018. A team will next visit in 2020.
